To download a file click on it's name in the file column. When you do so one of two things will happen:

1. If you have an application that can open the file and have given your browser permission to open such files then the file will be opened with the appropriate application in your browser. Once the application is open you can use "Save As . . ." to save the file to your hard drive.

2. If you do not have an application that can open the file or you have not given your browser permission to open such files then you will have the option to save the file to your disk.

Note: If you simply want to save the file without opening it right click on the link then choose Save Target As . . .. A dialog will appear that will allow you to choose where you want the file to be saved.

Adobe Acrobat Files end in "pdf". A free program is available from Adobe which allows you to read these files.
